  • Three domains structure the activity: Brands (identities and product ranges created in-house), Commerce (e-commerce, marketplaces, distribution, sourcing, logistics) and Technology (SaaS, business tools, automation, AI). Projects under exploration feed these three domains.

  • No. WELLWISH builds, owns and operates its own brands, activities and technologies. The know-how comes from that daily practice, not from a catalogue of services. External projects are handled by BusinessLead.

  • WELLWISH builds and operates its own activities: brands, commerce, digital products. BusinessLead handles external projects, from scoping to delivery. In short: WELLWISH proves it, BusinessLead delivers it.

  • We focus our energy on building and operating our own projects. If you'd like to discuss a partnership or an entrepreneurial project, the simplest way is to contact us directly.

  • Yes. We continuously explore new concepts by combining technology, commerce and operational expertise. You can present your project via the contact form by selecting the reason “Venture”.

  • Yes. Brands wishing to explore collaborations — distribution, business development, marketplaces — can contact us via the form by selecting the reason “Brand” or “Partnership”.

  • Yes. We operate sourcing, purchasing and distribution activities, and work with manufacturers and suppliers. Use the contact form with the reason “Supplier”.

  • Yes. We develop digital products born from real operational problems — like Cargio, a supply chain management tool. The principle: technology built from real problems.

  • Yes, through BusinessLead. The scope runs from positioning to sourcing and preparation for market. The Work with us page describes this track under the name Brand Build.

  • Yes. The approach starts from the workflow before talking technology: understand the process, define the scope, then build. Web apps, business tools, automation, AI and integrations all fall within this.

  • Yes. Amazon, Fnac, Darty, Boulanger, Orange, Leroy Merlin and other channels can be addressed: catalogue audit, channel selection, onboarding, feeds, product pages and profitability tracking.

  • By understanding the problem, never by the solution. The need is scoped first, then translated into scope, deliverables, timeline and budget before any build. The full sequence is on the Work with us page.

  • Payment follows project progress, split across several milestones. The split shown on the site is a reference structure: actual instalments are set in the quote and contract for each assignment.

  • Three situations are distinguished. A planned feature that does not work is covered by the corrective warranty. A product needing maintenance or monitoring falls under ongoing care. A change outside the initial scope leads to a new build cycle.

  • WELLWISH is a French company. Its e-commerce and marketplace activities are by nature part of an omnichannel, international commercial environment.
