Buy an existing SaaS or build your own tool?

Martin

Not everything deserves to be built. It's even one of the first decisions to make.

Buy when the need is standard

CRM. Accounting. Messaging. Project management. Support. Many needs are already perfectly covered. Building an alternative rarely brings enough value.

Build when your process becomes specific

Development becomes more relevant when: your workflows are particular; several tools need to be connected; teams multiply workarounds; existing SaaS impose too many manual tasks; the process is an operational advantage; or no solution properly answers the need.

The third way: Build + Integrate

It's not always necessary to replace existing tools. A business application can become an intelligent layer between several systems.

CRM + ERP + marketplace + logistics + AI + internal data. The custom product then becomes the connection point between tools that already perform well.

Don't rebuild what works. Build what's missing.

Before talking technology, let's talk about the problem. We analyse your workflow, identify the tasks that can be simplified or automated, and determine whether a business tool, an integration or AI can really bring value.
